Reservations can only be made online via our official website. A confirmation will be sent to you after secure payment.

Yes, each guest must present their booking confirmation (printed or digital version) at the entrance of the event.

Tables are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. However, if you are unable to attend, you can transfer your reservation to a third party, by informing us in advance.

Changes are subject to availability and must be requested at least 7 days before the date of the party.

Yes, we offer B2B packages and private evenings. For all enquiries, please contact us at hello@weare-c.com.

Experience & Menu

A wine and food pairing signed by the sommeliers is available as an option. A selection of grands crus and spirits is also available à la carte. A non-alcoholic alternative, made by Maison Perrier among others, is also available.

We give priority to local produce, and the chefs' menus are defined in advance. A vegetarian option is available, but there is no 100% vegan menu. Please let us know when you book.

Yes, please let us know when you make your reservation. Any intolerance or allergy not communicated cannot be taken into account on site. The menu will be charged.

The welcome starts at 7.30pm with a drink. The experience then begins at a set pace. We recommend that you arrive on time.

As soon as you arrive, our team will guide you to the reception area at Rob, The Gourmet's Market. You can enjoy a glass of Perrier-Jouët champagne or a Maison Perrier cocktail, before discovering the aperitif experience.

There is no specific dress code.

Yes, but we ask guests to be respectful of other participants and chefs. Flash and tripods are not permitted.

The selected products will be available at Rob The Gourmets' Market boutique, in the days following your experience and during the shop's opening hours. Purchases are not possible during culinaria evenings.

Table plans will be established according to reservations. Your table will be presented to you on arrival.

Yes, the event is fully accessible to all.

No, pets are not allowed.

The experience is exclusively for adults. No children's packages are available.

Yes, you can observe and chat with the chefs, while remaining respectful of the service and other guests.

Yes, a free, secure, private car park is available just outside the entrance of culinaria. Bicycle parking is also available.

Christophe Hardiquest is more than a talented chef; he is a passionate mentor and storyteller. Formerly the two-Michelin-starred chef of Bon Bon, he infused a modern vision into Belgian gastronomy while staying true to its rich heritage. After this highly acclaimed chapter, he chose to explore a new culinary vision by opening Menssa, a restaurant where conviviality and exchange take center stage.

He defines himself as a chef in search of essence: the essence of an ingredient, a memory, a gesture. Originally a baker, he later found his true calling in cooking, shaping a cuisine that is earthy, intuitive, and deeply rooted in Flemish terroir.
